In 1991, noticing that Alan Robbins had been found guilty of federal offenses, which had certainly rendered him unfit for office, I happened to pick up the old pot holder he had always sent out instead of campaign literature for many years.  I pondered, and decided something needed to be done about the problem of corrupt politicians.
