- Thosands of people got allotmennt in Todays Canary Greens Project Gurugram in Year2012.
- The allottees deposited 90% of cost of homes amounting Rs 60 Lakhs after taking Loans from Banks and are paying installment from their hard earned money and are living on rent after paying rent to the tune of 25 to 30 thousand per month.
- Many senior citizens have paid the amount from their retirement benifits and are living on rent.
- The project has gone to insolvency about 3 years ago due to default of promoter for very small amount in comparison to project cost.
- Later on it was known that the land owners were not fully paid by promoters and they have filed the case in Hon High court for their payment.
- COC has approved insolveny plan in favour of Builder buyer association and plan has been submitted to NCLT for approval.
- NCLT has even not started hearing on this case even after starting of insolvancy process about 3 years ago.
- The position have worsen due to farmers land owners illegal capture of land and structural detoriation of towers.
- Neither State Govt/ HRERA, nor HUDDA or local boddies are bothering to give justice to middle class Home buyers who are suffering since last 10 years to get shelter in own home for which they have already paid almost full money about 6 years ago.
- Home buyers want to seek immediate intervention of Hon Supreme Court by taking this case in self congingence because Home buyers have already suffered a lot and have no money to pay to very expensive Lawyers.
