Lets do this New Zealand Aoteroa, we've built the Cycle ways, we've got the charging stations, we live in spread out often hilly cities.  We love cycling.  I can't think of a reason why we aren't doing this?  Lots of people have rediscovered their love of cycling with electric bikes, this will make it more affordable for a really big part of our community.  Think of our teens/ students getting around the motu on their e-bikes.  Good for transport, good for exercise, good for fresh air and mental health.
