My visa application was refused, now section 48bar has applied on me. My wife is registered nurse in Australia and working as a frontline worker in this pandemic but we are not eligible to apply for P.R due to section 48bar.
Therefore, I request to the department of immigration to make some changes in section 48 bar so we can apply for new visa application.
Thanks

Me and my family has got 489 visa granted this January, and we were planning to start our life in South Australia from March.I have resigned job in India and my wife also same as me. Also my son was planning to take up schooling in Australia... But now because of the travel restriction we are stuck in India... this is impacting us financially and my son schooling plans ... allow skilled visa categories.
