Every year hundereds of Agriculture professionals graduate out of SKUAST universities but they cannot get a job in Agriculture department of J&K due to SRO 442.

SRO 442 means that all the posts in APD will be filled through promotions and there won't be any direct recruitment.

SRO 442 breaches fundamental right of equal opportunities in jobs and employment, thus it must be revoked in larger public interest.
