There are thousands of homeless people in the UK. 

We propose to mandate that companies over a given size (e.g. >150) be obliged to employ a homeless person per X  employees (e.g. per 150).

Where employing homeless is not feasible, alternatively provide sponsorship to established homeless schemes.

This proposal would address economic disparity, social mobility and increase employment diversity.
