The tenants of 15 Rothbury Flat, London do not have hot water and there are vulnerable and small children residing in the flat. We individually reported this since 1.10.21 to present where HomeGroup and their contractors MPS have been incompetent. The contractors never show up and whenever HomeGroup book appointments we are going round in circles and the issues are still outstanding. We as tenants are getting frustrated of waiting around where even the complaints department of HomeGroup never reply back!

We want our hot water back on and the flat needs repairing. This flat is a new build and there are soo many defaults that need attention to. The ventilatio in the block which is on every floor is making a very loud vacuum sound continously where we have reported and HomeGroup have not prioritised that repair. There have been leaks in flats and because of that we have moulds where the repairs for that is still outstanding. As HomeGroup are not attending to these repairs, the whole flat is falling apart! 

We need HomeGroup and MPS to repair these issues as soon as possible as this is effecting the whole flat!  It is winter and it's outrageous how long they're taking to address this without caring for their tenants wellbeing and health. 

5/11/21 - update: MPS contractor came on site and informed the tenants the original contractors who inserted the Swedish boilder left therefore the current contractors are bo qualified! That means while it can take months HomeGroup and the contractors finding the solution for the hot water issue we think HomeGroup need to reimburse us as we all pay for service charges! We have no hot water this winter! 

There is a leak in the balconies in the flat and once again today's contractor came to have a look at the flat and again HomeGroup do not have qualified contractors to complete the repairs! 

With all these excuses the tenants in 15 Rothbury Road are getting effected. Please sign this petition if you agree HomeGroup need to find contractors who are qualified for these repairs ASAP and stop the tenants from suffering!
