My Sister passed away on 10th May after a short battle with cancer. One of her wishes was for her daughter to take over her home. The housing company do have a succession process however have declined on the basis it was not written in her will for her daughter to take over her home. We have written references from those who cared for my sister when she was ill to confirm it was my sisters wish as she was too unwell to update her will.

We are petitioning for the company to accept the written references. My sister would be devastated to know her daughter is facing being made homeless after going through losing her mom
