FGM is the work of simple minded and scared women who believe that they must blindly follow tradition in order go present a 'clean' child bride to an older man. Maybe just a little of his penis should be removed by the same ghastly women using the same rusty razor blades in order to give him the chance of not enjoying too much of his horrendous paedophile predelictions.

it is grotesque for females to be genitally mutilated and barbaric and anti woman to enforce girls back into a situation where this will happen!

I am half Nigerian and was lucky enough to be born in England, thus avoiding this disgusting assault on my body and infringement of my rights. If this is the only place the mother and her daughters will be safe then common sense says they should remain here.

I'm signing because FGM is barbaric and I want to make sure these little girls are protected from it.

As a civilised country we are duty bound to protect those who cannot protect themselves.

These children and their mother are at risk if they are returned to Nigeria. The Government can't operate double standards by declaring a practice illegal but knowing with certainty that these children would be subjected to this barbaric treatment if sent to Nigeria. The youngest child is also a UK citizen. Leave this family in peace.
