My name is Bimal Singh Chauhan, and I am currently living in London. I want to disclose a fact of my life, which is very important to me. Currently the only option left for me is to write this letter to home office who may assist me with my case and I need your support to get to the end of this.
I have been a victim of fraud in my immigration matter. In 2014 I applied for my entrepreneurship visa to continue my stay and work legally in U.K, I only come to realise after 2 year that my immigration advisor who took on work was not legally authorised to it. I then decided to make a complaint against the immigration advisor who was responsible for my application to and so I report about him to the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner, also known as the OISC. Currently this is an ongoing investigation being handled by a investigator but there has been no response from him. I have also been to the local to police station due to harassment by the immigration advisor who was warned by the OISC not to contact me, unfortunately police did not take any further action on this matter.
I recently received an email from my new solicitors that my appeal has been refused on the basis of documents which was not genuinely submitted by the immigration advisor, I have seen the documents and they have been doctored which has left me fuming.
I have also along with my new solicitors pledged to the Civil Division in the Court of Appeal that the paper work that was initially submitted by my immigration advisor was not genuine, this was however rejected.
This has now left me with very little time as this could lead to me leaving the country in the coming weeks, I am awaiting a letter from the home office. I have tried literally everything and if I am removed from this country then I cannot be able to pursue my case further with OISC which will be injustice to me and my trust towards the law.
I just want justice for myself. Just because of someone else’s intentions to earn money in a fraudulent way, my career and dreams have been destroyed. I lived in this country legally for 8 years which is long time for me and if I have to go back like this I will have regrets all my life.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for support. Please contact me if you wish to discuss about the matter further.
