Victoria Hawkins started this petition to home office

I hope public pressure can help me to save my family from negligent officials. Please help me by signing my petition.

My name is Victoria. I am British citizen and live in the UK last 14 years. Since 2005, once in 3 years, my only daughter Olga, citizen of Moldova, comes to see me in the UK for 2-3 months.(its her picture in my petition) Several times she visited EU countries. She always strictly followed UK rules and never had a problem with EU immigration law. Olga lives in her country, has private life, close friends and never had an intention to stay in the UK more than a time for family visit. I always paid for her travel expenses in the UK and provided an accommodation in my two bedroom London's flat. Last time we see each other in December 2015.

In August 2018 we applied for family visa and got refusal from UK Embassy in Warsaw (Poland). During consideration ECO (embassy clerk) did not paid attention for all my daughter's documents and intentionally ignored some documents, attached to visa application. Visa consideration was with double standard and prejudice.

In August,25th, I sent my Complaint to Home Office, Customer Correspondence Hub, about ECO professional misconduct and about almost double fee for my daughter’s visa application (175 euro instead of 100 euro)

My daughter’s visa application was reviewed by same ECO (embassy clerk). In review ECO accepted a mistake and luck of an attention to my daughter's documents. After review ECO was satisfied with the evidence provided concerning my (mother) personal and economic circumstances in the UK and of my ability to maintain and accommodate Olga adequately.  (Official. Paragraph V 4.2 of UK Immigration Rules: “The funds can be provided by a third party — often referred to as a sponsor — if the third party has a genuine professional or personal relationship with the visitor, is legally present in the UK, can and will provide support for the intended duration of the visitor’s stay.)

But, same time, for review ECO created a new reason for refusal (it did not have a place in first refusal). The text in review as follow: "...closest relative and emotional ties in the UK for applicant Olga is her mother, so, therefore ECO not satisfied that she (Olga) intends to visit the UK for this (visit) purpose"...."ECO not satisfied that she is genuinely seeking entry for a purpose permitted as a visitor"

Thus, ECO (embassy clerk) used as a one of a ground for visa refusal an “emotional ties” daughter with the mother. Its real “evil practice” what can not have place in human being's society.

Since August,25th, I have no answer from Home Office,Customer Correspondence, where Complaint was sent (an answer has to be within 20 working days). For my entire requests, almost 10 requests, I got automatic reply.

I can not go abroad for more than 1-2 weeks in one time. My working contract does not give a guaranty to have full month holiday in one time, only by few parts during the year. But my daughter can come to me for longer time. This is only reason why I invite her in the UK.

But after several good family visits in past 14 years, me and my daughter got refusal for inhuman reason, with double interpretation of he UK immigration rules, with double standard and prejudice.

I am hard working person with a good salary, what allow me to give financial support for my only child. Everything, what I want, its to see my daughter and have 2-3 months of warm time in small family circle once in 3 years. I need to save my small family from neglect, double standard and prejudice of Home Office’s officials.

This issue breaks my heart, destroys my mind  and can break my small family without maintenance of family contact.
