A little of my story, on the 29th April this year I will be celebrating 2 years of marriage, however have not seen my husband since, we have been applying for his visa as he a Jamaican national, on the 4th January my husband was refused his visa, this decision was based on a paperwork error made on behalf of the home office, ive have submitted an appeal but will have to pay an extensive amount for this, this petition is to push this forward as I have to attempt to do all I can for my husband. I just want my local MP to find a sense of urgency in this matter and push for the home office to overturn the decision before it gets to the costly appeal process. Please find it in your hearts to sign this and support my fight to see my husband hopefully before my second wedding anniversary.
