The criminals should be hanged but the cops should get exemplary punishment for not acting on the missing complaint report on time.
Since Priyanka called her sister from her mobile (very near from the crime scene) it would not have been difficult tracking her. The family went to complaint missing report at police station at 10 pm but the cops didn’t act seriously. To me, this is the bigger issue than the rape itself. Now the cops are boosting for nabbing the criminals in less than 24 hours !! If they would have shown that efficiency immediately after getting the complaint maybe Priyanka was alive today.
