Darrek Radloff started this petition to Holmen School District Administrative Team

Video games are becoming a staple for most teenagers, and with that, adults and administrative leaders must start to realize that certain games should not be censored. Colleges have started giving out scholarships for certain esports related activities, including M(Mature) rated video games. With the School District of Holmen not allowing students to practice this game, would this not serve as a denial of study? By no means do we want to change anything administered by ESRB and their system of grading games, however, we do want the right (with parental consent) to play these M rated video games. Many competitive games such as Rainbow Six Siege, CS:GO, and every Call of Duty game fall under the ESRB rating of M(Mature). Popular colleges such as BSU (Boise State University), RMU (Robert Morris University), and the University of Utah offer scholarships for such esports. With this, the censorship of M rated games, not only in Holmen but in other districts that continue to censor these games, must come to an end.
