For a health and wellbeing store, we believe the pay should be significantly higher for the amount of training we have to go through (tests/exams/safety regulations/allergies & the counteraction of some prescription medication) - in order to be 'qualified to advise'. Essentially taking their wellbeing and safety into our hands. Giving the severity of the drug interactions and long term health effects we feel we need to be compensated accordingly.
