I teach in a school district that has lost thousands of dollars to destructive TikTok challenges this year and we are only in the second quarter. This is going on all over the country costing schools millions of dollars in damages. I am asking TikTok to block illegal, destructive challenges and ban those that start them and those who post the results. To name a few - Destroy bathroom fixtures challenge, steal anything from a teacher challenge, cut through chairs with mask string challenge, hit a teacher challenge. I am sure there are many more. These are just the ones we have had to deal with this year alone. It needs to stop and I want TikTok to know that they are part of the problem and must do more to stop it. So please, sign this petition and send a message to TikTok that we demand something on their end be done. Thank you.
