I am fed up with the destruction of so many lives due to the greedy pursuit of money over the health and wellbeing of human beings. The cost is too high. Opiates are not a drug to be given for every ache & pain. That is prescribed abuse, which is more heinous, leading to addiction, more drugs & death. I am fed up with the notion that the Sackler family can use tax & estate law to shelter their ill-gotten gains reaped out of the destruction of lives. There are consequences to actions & the Sacklers must own up to the consequences.
