I am currently sitting at a Safelite with the first cracked windshield of my 2020 Outback Onyx XT. This happened on my first road trip since the start of the pandemic. The car has 9,300 miles on it. Four other individuals are also here waiting (all with Subarus) for a windshield replacement. Everyone is on their second or third windshield and in a 2020 or new model (either Outback or Forester. Fun fact, this shop just told me that easily 40% of the cars they service for windshield repairs are Subarus. Today alone 7 of the 12 total cars they have done are Subarus. 

It is my hope that we can get enough signatures here to call attention to the "thin glass" issue with Subaru vehicles and either spark change in quality or recover costs for time and glass replacement.
