I just lost my 27 yr old handsome,  bright, compassionate brother  Timothy white back in January . January 11th 2022 to be exacted to an Fentanyl induced HOMICIDE..He leaves behind 2 Brothers Ryan hallie , Jesse Romero an 2 sister Alyssa Garcia ,Alexas Garcia & 4 children Arabella, Eiden, Abram, Sebastian: the love of his life hailee ,an a ton of nieces an nephews & Lots of family an friends who loved him dearly behind .He was An recovering addict who sadly relapsed an was sold drugs by an “friend” but he was sold something He thought was one thing an it was an completely opposite of what he thought it was and He lost his life forever because of it... 1 person for sure we know is  responsible for his death but sadly I don’t think he’ll get nun but a lil drug charge. the cop pulled Timothys killer over caught him with when he was trying to go to California an sell a large amount of drugs to someone. I’m talking enough fentanyl to kill all of Nevada twice.this man had  140 grams of pure fentanyl. 106 grams of meth ,100 grams of Heroin an 2 presses fentanyl pills disguised as a Perc 30 bail was set at 5k that’s it that’s all ....Drug dealers are purposely lacing street drugs with Fentanyl to make their drug more powerful to increase their profit off of sales even though they know it is deadly...They are so heartless they will even sell it to children putting it in baby formula etc..Profit means more to them than human life...They will not tell you it's laced though, by the time you find out it will be too late you'll already be dead...One tiny amount Fentanyl in any laced drug can and most likely will cause death...This is NOT just affecting those suffering drug addiction,  it is now killing children...Thousands of children 12 threw 16 year old children are now dying from Fentanyl laced pills (Percocets, Xanax, Oxys, Adderall etc) My good friend Sin loss her beautiful 15 year old daughter to this same evil drug . She’s the one who educated me on this deadly drug . If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t of been able to warn Timothy about fentanyl. His words was “ don’t worry sister I don’t buy my dope from people I don’t know” sadly two weeks after showing him Olivia green story I to would loose my little brother to this same drug!..Teens like to experiment with all kinds of things they’re curious.. but  Their first time experimenting with a drug may be the last thing they ever do on this earth....I will never in my life see Timothys handsome face again...He will never see his babies grow up graduate get married or have children Of their own , These are things Timothy always looked forward to,He will never get to go to a daddy daughter dance or walk his babygirl down the aisle when she gets married ! and become the Grandpa he always wanted to be he always was like lex this is one for the books imma make sure to tell my grandkids...he will never get the chance to sober up one last time period.He told me that after this time he wasn’t gonna relapse anymore he didn’t like the man he was on drugs . Didn’t want the his kids to see him like that! ..His life is gone forever and Timothy is nothing but a memory  now which breaks my heart every day.. my big sister Alyssa loss her best friend ! Someone who had her back for 27 years A light inna dark place! Please sign it....Trust me there WILL be more brothers, sons, father, grandfathers like Timothy that will die behind this drug !!!!....Like my good friend SIN would say “This petition helps me in no way does it helps Timothy ...He’s  already  dead but it can help your loved one! ..trust no one cares more then the family’s effected by this fentanyl epidemic.. The dealers don’t care the government doesn’t care an the law doesn’t care! If we don’t stand up an be our loved ones voices an try to spread the word who will huh! Whoo there will be thousands and thousands of other families  who will lose their loved ones like Timothy from Fentanyl poisoning! an Guess what your loved one Who deserves justice might not get it ! because certain laws protect the dealers an people handing out the life sentences . Especially if they try to “help” you like let’s say dump you infront of a hospital . Or call the cops but don’t say nun just leave the phone next to your dead body because they do these things the law try’s to say it’s them getting your loved one help an then these monsters get immunity they’ll never have to answer for killing your loved one!..  There will be more dealers PURPOSELY lacing these street drugs with Fentanyl to get you as high as they can so you can be their repeat customers even though they know it can kill you..Your little $25 is more important to them than your life..There will also be more evil people like adults that influencs CHILDREN to Pop or try this or that Lose their life behind it. An more evil people who prey on adult that are recovering addicts An then yourll die right there infront of an hospital where they dumped your body an left you ! ...NOBODY will be charged ...NOBODY will be held accountable  ...You want to know why?...Because there is NO LAW that will get tj justice, not in my state and not in many other states and cities...There will be more dead children ,Young adult & recovering addicts  just murdered and no one will be held accountable...Your loved ones death certificate will read accidental fentanyl overdose ! When really This was a murder ....Timothys killer is In jail for a completely Separate charges. None to do with Timothys murder it’s not even on his list of charges He does have like Timothy didn’t mattered. Soon he’ll be free to live his life ready to kill your brother,father, cousin , uncle . Chances are tj killer will only get a simple drug charge..a fine that’s it! We need change This but CHANGE  won't come if we don't demand it!! .

All life is precious don’t get me wrong  but where lOSING children from this drug epidemic, we gotta help save the children!...I want there to be a Law in NV called "Timothys Law" That will help to bring justice to young children like My friends daughter  Olivia as well as adults who lose their life to these illegal street drugs...Timothy  may never get his justice , but his story will bring Awareness and hopefully a new law put into place so that justice is served for anyone after him who may tragically lose their life in the same way...Timothys Law is needed..Justice is needed, accountability is needed..We cannot continue to lose people to this horrible opioid epidemic and not have people held responsible for the death they caused. Timothy children are forever Are without a father behind someone heartless decision an lack of morals an value of an human life! He mattered to my family he meant a lot. We no longer have Tj here with us! So no way shape or form does this help him in anyway. But Maybe  it can help prevent children from the hurt of losing a parent to fentanyl! Help a parent get their baby justice . Timothy didn’t have a chance that night January 11th 2022 @ 11:34pm Timothy loss his battle to addiction. Dont let what tj went threw go unnoticed ! Please help me help make a change in the way the laws handle fentanyl Homicides! These aren’t overdoses! An overdose implies you actively went an seeked out the fentanyl an accidentally used to much an overdosed on it. That is not the case for Timothy an a lot of other who’s died from this drug. Timothy didn’t know fentanyl was mixed into his product. Timothy white did not wanna die! I promise you this he loved life ,his children & his family n friends . He’d never leave his children behind! Please if you can find it in your heart to sign this petition in honor of Timothy an the thousand of others who’s loss their life to fentanyl. Let create a change that’s felt world wide. Because it’s not just here in the United States fentanyl is killing people from all over the world . Let’s stand up an not be quite !
