In the past three days there have been multiple incidents involving gun violence on the hill in Boulder, and CU has failed to protect or inform its students. The administration’s failure to utilize its alert system has put countless students in danger. Furthermore, the lack of response from the administration has aided the spread of fear and misinformation. We, the students, demand that CU take accountability for prior dismissal of said gun violence, and form a proactive response to ensure the safety of everyone within the Boulder community.
