I am sharing this petition today in hopes of shedding light on a corrupt officer currently serving on the Fayetteville Police Department. I hope to bring this information to the community so they are aware of the actions of their public servants. Officer Harden of Fayetteville Police Department has been caught planting drugs on victims, fabricating paperwork, and wrongfully charging individuals of crimes they did not commit. And he is still free to serve. 
In one incident, that took place on July 17, 2018, Officer Harden was caught on video planting drugs and money in a daycare center in Fayetteville. The person charged for this was Rashard Everett. Rashard has since gone to trial and had the charges dismissed but is still being held. If Officer Harden was at fault for planting the drugs and the money and charges were dismissed why is Rashard still being held? Why is Officer Harden still able to serve? 
Officer Harden also fabricated Calvin Beard’s discovery package. What Officer Harden wrote for charges and what was founded does not match. 
How many others did he plant evidence on? Who else received fabricated paperwork? How many others need to be wrongfully charged? 
We need the communities help and signatures to shed light on the matter so that Officer Harden can be held accountable for his crimes.
