Dear sir, this petition is written by the  all the students of BCA (BN College , PU) Session 2019-2022 , who support the petition for promote the 2nd semester of BCA course , the reason we want promoted to 3rd semester due to lack of preparation because of unavailability of quality classes due to COVID-19  pandemic situation & long period lockdown of approx six months and we have also another pressure of preparation for 3rd semester  examination which  will held in may be in march / April  according to PU .

So please respond this petition request as soon as possible .
