The Transaction fee is horrible for a few reasons. 

1. People are scared to pick up waiver wires because they have to pay money

2. People are playing players who are projected 4 points cause they don't wanna pay that transaction fee.

3. People who are playing the people who are projected 4 points are almost guaranteed that week to lose which screws up the rankings.
