1. The pool should be completed by now. Everyone I have spoken to in the development has all been told different deadlines on when the pool would be completed. Personally, we chose this community because we were told that when 80% of the homes were SOLD, (which they are) the pool would be completed. 

2. The gate needs to be completed and secured. Allowing unwanted and unwelcomed guests come and go is unsafe. There are children playing outside. There have been multiple occurrences where cars are being broken into at night. 

We have all moved to Greyson for different reasons, but we were all promised the same things. And those promises are not being fulfilled.
