    Thank you for taking the time out of your day to give us some input on this matter. My family and I recently painted our house.( yes the approved hoa color schemes) I looked through all of our paper work and couldn’t find anything that specified where we could use our accent color on our home. We decided to put the accent on our garage doors since that’s a typical area of a home to have an accent color. It looked great!! Unfortunately the hoa didn’t think so. We received a letter from the hoa attorney Saying it needed to be changed so we did. Unfortunately we do not think our house looks as good as it did before. I have hopes that I can possibly get the hoa board to agree and change the paint back to the accent color. With you all being a part of this community I would greatly appreciate your feed back.
