People have successfully applied for self employed grant and govt guarantee that they will get cash in next 6 working days.  Today around 15 days gone but payments are not made yet.  On contact with HMRC covid 19 helpline getting different answers as they don't know,  what is going on?  

HMRC should atleast response that when they should expect money and why the payment is late.
