As it is the small business the are the catalyst for new U.K. business and because if one takes a risk with ones own pension/ income over a decade or so then there should be some compensatory recognition - else that talent / idea will be taken overseas to countries that do respect entrepreneurs

It is, of course, the people employed by the entrepreneur who create the wealth, rather than the entrepreneur themselves

Does “Democratisation of Wealth” mean “Employees’ Democratic Control of the Workplace”?
