No more private NHS contracts for companies based in offshore tax havens, or with subsidiaries based in such tax/secrecy havens. All NHS contractors must provide full accounts to UK tax authorities regarding their global earnings. It is a scandal that public money is being siphoned out of this country, to pay vast dividends to private shareholders and fund the luxurious lifestyles of the mega rich, while NHS workers cannot afford to buy their own homes and must work ridiculous hours to pay rent and bills. The NHS was set up as a public service and is a flagship of British culture and compassion. Parasites are milking it because they have friends in the right places and donate large sums of money to political parties, who in turn award them contracts for such things as cleaning. If the will does not exist or the mechanisms are too difficult to eradicate tax havens then at least ensure off shore operators do not benefit from public funds.
