Hong Kong Law stipulates that those who are victims of certain injustices and crimes are entitled to compensation for their suffering. The undersigned agree that Nicolas Millan Prieto is entitled to a lump sum of twenty (20) spirit points to be duly donated to the class of 2023 in recompense for the series of daylight robberies that took place over the course of several days. 

Nicolas, as seen in schedule 1, "drips too hard", as the colloquialism goes. However, even though he makes an uncanny resemblance to the Norway Spruce tree at Rockefeller Center, New York City in the movie Elf, Nicolas has been voted down by a nativity that includes no shepherds, and a north star which has feet even though it is generally observed that stars do not have feet. As one can see, Nicolas accurately portrays a tree because he has no hands and presents for feet.

Nicolas also claims that the fact that he has lost has caused him to deteriorate his mental health, and in so doing be less mindful; and therefore those who did not vote for him are liable to the wrath of Mr. Kersten and the SPEX teachers.
