Please help us keep the “flavor” of our beautiful Wagener Terrace and continue to honor the beauty and style of the people and homes that were here before us! 

We all know and love the beautiful Rancher style homes that make Devereux avenue so distinct and full of character. 

Please help us preserve what we all fell in love with when we moved here by STOPPING the demolition of 35 Devereux! 

This home belonged to South Carolina’s beloved Tobias Gadson and built with Historical Old Charleston Brick. Both of which are historically significant and deserve preservation. 

It is in the style made famous by the Post World War II era representing a more casual and more prosperous America. A style not necessarily adored by many but historically significant, none the less. 

The home (although outdated) remains livable, as it was occupied by Mr. Gadson’s son until recently sold to the current owners. 

Again, please help by signing this petition and Wagener Terrace becomes completely unrecognizable.
