Dear Owners 
We will not be allowing commercial vehicles on Himalaya Heights premises to park overnight as per the notice sent out on 1 December 2021 with a height restriction of 2.3 meters.

For the following reasons:

Damage to property 

Damage to other vehicles 

High crime risk 

Unable to continue with upgrades to the parking area and entrance to the main gate 

Commercial vehicles are a hazard in the residential complex.

May cause accident as we have many children who play in the area.

Truck drivers dont abide by the rules of the complex.

Truck drivers are rude and disrespectful to the staff and security.
