Hello everyone;

As you all know that, Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) Hamirpur has released its academic calender 2020-2021 (Revised) in which they had said that :PREVIOUS END SEMESTER PRACTICAL AND THEORY EXAMINATION for 2nd,3rd and 4th year would be organised 18th Dec 2020 to 2nd Jan 2020.

This type of official notice is totally unfair for the students.They are being expolited in the phase of this lockdown. We all know the reality that how our previous end semester online classes are taken, we have just given the syllabus material. Even other top universities are promoting students without taking exams because of current pandemic.

The top most reasons why we can't prepare for previous end sem examination:

• Most of the students had left their study material and other belongings in rooms, so how they would prepare for exams. 
• Students has now entered to next odd semester, they are preparing for the present semester, so how they can manage both sem syllabus.
  
  
• There is no official notice provided to us in previous  semester about the status of exams, we are not prepared too.
• It is very difficult in this pandemic to manage the stress of both syllabus of previous one and present one.
• There is not conduction of online lectures from 14th march to 1st september, so how we can prepare for both.
• If these examination would held students will remain in constant pressure of exams from 14th dec 2020 to april 2021 including(14-16) subjects and (5-7) labs.
•  Some students are from different states like U.P, Bihar, Haryana it is also difficult for them to prepare for both examinations due to floods, covid -19 pandemic.

So, how we can prepare for the  previous end sem examination, we all kindly say that cancel these previous end semester practical and theory examinations.
