- HP forest dept should recruit only forestry graduates for Range forest officer post as they have there whole practicals , syllabus and knowledge program based on forestry particularly

- increase seats from 70% in range officer post  to 100% for forestry graduates

- change in exam pattern to be focused on forestry , silviculture , agroforestry and other streams regarding forestry against the present mode of pattern which is not based on forestry knowledge majorly

- helping forest universities to get better recognition

- providing jobs to forest graduate as they are professionally qualified only to work with forest department

- unfair decision to make 30 % seats open to any stream and trying to expand it

- change of exam pattern of ranger exam from other states forest ranger exams
