For my School essay I had to choose a controversial topic but I decided to take my topic further on school dress code. School dress codes have a different meaning for each person however it also objected many women in the process. Many women have been sexualized by schools for being distracting or even having a certain body type. This should never be condoned. Regardless  of standards they are just expressing themselves in the manner that they choose to do so. My goal is too raise awareness as well as change. Women should be able to go to school in a safe environment without being whistled at or told to cover up due to wearing a tube top or tank tops. By signing this petition you are showing schools and county’s that women have a say but more importantly that women have a right to make change. Within sending this form we have hopes of getting and receiving a more acceptable for society dress code.
