Hello My Name is Mrs. Carolyn Kornegay and if I may have your attention please, the United States has the largest prison population in this world and most of the men and women in the growing system are being treated worse than stray cat or dog on any given street. Please don't turn your attention away from this growing travesty because at any moment it could be one of your family members, children, friend or neighbor rotting in this terrible places. We all have a pass some of which we made it pass the penal system by Grace and are Thankful of it. No one wants to be Judged but are very quick to pass judgement, show the same kindness and Mercy you want to be shown, no one should be forced to shower in someone else's bodily fluids or trash, nor should anyone have to eat things you wouldn't even give to your pet. People are being beaten, killed and abused at the hands of the authorities in out penal system and no one seems to care but I do! Will you please stand with me, sign this petition for the fair and Just treatment of those locked up on the inside of those bars.
