Kent NY Zoning Board - Kent Investors variance

Please sign this petition in support of our effort to get the Town of Kent Zoning Board to overturn their recent decision in the Kent Investors zoning matter.  Kent Investors is the owner of 301 Route 52 Kent, NY.  Their property was denied a zoning variance by the town building inspector in April.  But the Zoning Board heard an appeal and overturned the building inspector's ruling a few weeks ago.

Kent Town Board took public comment Monday night, several neighbors spoke out against the Titan Concrete plant now slated to operate at that site.  Town Board asked the Zoning Board to "re-evaluate" their ruling, they are meeting Monday night to discuss it.

We need letters from residents explaining why living across the road from a concrete plant would be detrimental to our health, to the health of Palmer Lake and cause numerous environmental and traffic problems on Route 52.
