On expressways, many times slow moving vehicles occupy the right-most lane, which otherwise should be empty & should be used only for overtaking.

The slow moving vehicles on right-most lane does not move to middle lane even after honking them for overtaking. This forces fast moving vehicle drivers to overtake from the middle lane or sometimes from left-most lane. This makes the traffic movement a zig-zag drive and not a disciplined one. The crisscross vehicle driving at high speed sometimes is a cause of fatal accidents, causing deaths of innocent passengers.

With this petition, sincerely requesting the highway traffic police to educate & enforce  the drivers not to drive continuously in the right-most lane & to use it only for overtaking. After overtaking, the vehicle should be driven to middle lane till next overtaking is needed.
