There are a large amount of people that litter on highways, side streets, and even there own local roads! When I drive through my town of north port I see trash EVERYWHERE and I think it should be addressed, there should be higher punishments when caught and more interest in making sure people who litter are caught. This will impact all of the people who struggle with, and have to live with litter, debris on roads, and dirty or murky runoff from this trash.
