Support the uncertified staff of the Mt Pleasant Iowa School District in getting higher wages to better support our community. 

Higher wages will not only benefit the paraeducators, nutritional staff, janitors, and  secretaries in our school district but also our students.

We have a duty to our students to provide highly qualified, educated employee's and we need to pay them a livable wage.

Mt. Pleasant School District is one of the lowest paid district's in SE Iowa and there is a major shortage for all uncertified employees and substitutes. If wages can't be raised, not only will faculty  suffer, but so will the students.

Please consider signing this petition and attending a board meeting to help the cause! The next board meeting is May 9th at 6pm.
