Imposing a law in banning the negating of the genocide in Bosnia & Herzegovina by OHR

In accordance with European standards ‘KLUB 100-PLUS’ is triggering this petition with which the High representative of the International Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Valentin Inzko, is looking to impose urgent law procedures regarding the banning of negating the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina, no later than 11th July 2020.

For Bosnia and Herzegovina, there has long been a need to ban the negating of the genocide. Unfortunately even to this day, 25 years since the genocide occurred in Srebrenica, the government in Bosnia and Herzegovina has evidently not been able to put this into law.  Bringing this law into place is an obligation of parliamentary assemblies of Bosnia and Herzegovina.  However, due to specific political relationships and the lack of political will, that for now is difficult to expect. With that, negating the genocide is the basis for disruption of security and the political situation in this country.

With regards to all of the above, through this petition by "Klub 100-plus", the  High representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina, his excellence Mr. Valentine Inzko is requested through the framework of his powers to impose a law, without consent, in banning the negation of the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

‘KLUB 100-PLUS’ is asking for citizens and friends of Bosnia and Herzegovina around the world, whose goal is for  ‘KLUB 100-PLUS’ to grow into ‘KLUB 100,000’, to sign the petition.
With our kindest gratitude, we would like to ask all of those who would like to support this petition to do so using the link!
