Tushar Goyal started this petition to high court panjim goa and

There have been episodes in the past where we have seen some men beating up people in public gaze as they are offended by others speech ......sometimes there is something blaphamous, sometimes it's a joke but taken out of context and considered blasphemous, sometimes it's a facebook post or a poster etc ... whatever it is , it's protected under Indian law , under the right of freedom of thought speech and expression...the most valuable right of them all , the right to think....arambol will lose its essence if it is made to succumb to these forces which kill creativity and individual expression ...respect for the guys is not which is being spoken about here , these people who have been attacked ,respected the those guys....
The threat which requires immediate attention is the power of the people who it seems they are above law . There is no police protection for travellers both indian or foreigner, nor there is fear of law , infact there is fear of them. If this is an acceptable position then the things can go really out of hand (never forget scarlet rape case ) ..more illegality can spread if it's not checked and rule of law is not established

Also remember what happened recently with the old hippie musician . It shows that these people are doing illegal and life threatening crimes whith impunity ......everyone should gather together and fight against these people....spread it in media .... .post as much as you can against illegal violence whereever it is seen ......these people don't own the place nor they have the right to treat people like this.....this land is governed by rule of law ...not by anyone else ......get together ,in case you won't they will keep getting stronger ......make a list of all the incidensee and fight aginst these violent groups who are regularly threatening people in arambol ... Fight for justice and against injustice wherever you see it !
