We currently have a case before the high court to fight against the Noongar native title settlement. The land council and the state solicitors office are making statements that the people support the settlement and only a few of us are standing against it  lets show then how wrong they are. There were over 1500 votes for the settlement where people voted multiple times. Not 1500 people 1500 votes. Let's show the high court how wrong the wa state govt and the land council are and get as many signatures we can to prove them wrong and that more than a few oppose the settlement  we cannot surrender our rights. The settlement is not a treaty as stated by ben Wyatt state indigenous affairs minister. No mention of treaty was put forward at any time during settlement discussions. Sign and dshare with all our Noongar people and let's stop this settlement now!!!!
