This petition is for Hanifa Abubakar. This 5 year old girl deserves justice ��she deserves to rest in peace. In this country, we need a change or let me say changes. I am sure her parents are in so much pain. Chief magistrate Jibril of a magistrate court 12, transferred the case to the state High court. The offenders need to be punished even though they have confessed, thus us a country where whenever an offender confesses,the case is being left unsettled. I beg the people of Nigeria and the people of Kano to let's fight for her. The offenses he commited contravened Sections 97,274,277 and 221 of the Penal code. He really commited alot of offenses that are really obvious and please while reading this, please kindly notice the days in which he did this very wicked acts.

  He kidnapped her December 4, He kept her in his house for 6 days,He killed her with rat poison and put the corpse in a sack and buried her in a shallow grave. The dead body was found early January. 

Just the way I am concerned, I want all of us to be also concerned, if we continue to have people like Abdul Rashid Tanko and his colleagues, The country would really turn upside down, so I would love it if we sign this petition just for the sake of Hanifah. For school children to be rendered unsafe, innocent souls subject to being kidnapped and killed is so worrisome and disgraceful.
