CPS has been violating the constitutional and civil rights of parents and children without any changes or consequences for too long. Too many children have been removed from their homes without due justice. This organization blatantly breaks the law leaving parents and children broken. This issue effected me personally when I gave birth to my daughter in 2018. I experienced first hand what they are able to get away with. What happens to the families and their mental health after this is done to them? Who is going to fight for us and our children? They operate on a state level and disregard the civil rights of the people based on opinions and unfounded evidence. THIS MUST BE STOPPED and they must be held accountable and made to uphold the law.
