Sports always have a way of bringing the community together. While traditional sports like tennis and golf are well catered to, with plenty of places to play the game, somehow the hugely popular sport of Pickleball is missing.

It’s time for Hilton Head Plantation to embrace the sport of Pickleball and provide proper courts for our resident athletes to enjoy their game.

If we are able to add these courts to our neighborhood, there will be many benefits for the community. We will provide a healthy, active outlet and hobby for citizens of all ages, and will get more people moving and enjoying the outdoors more often.

This is a sport that I love, and I really want to share with others. It's easy to learn and play. It's very inclusive and social.
