London Road in Chippenham has a weight limit for HGVs that is being ignored constantly. The road has a nursery and a school along it as well as narrow pavement and is not safe for artics to use. It is an accident waiting to happen. The road is also being used as a racetrack. Something needs to be done before something happens!
