Remove yellow lines on the corner of Berkley Avenue in Waltham Cross to restore parking

Berkley avenue was designed with wide roads in certain areas to accommodate parking for homes unable to have their own off-street parking, due to grass verges and areas of greenery.
Recently, yellow areas were arbitrarily added to an area designed in this way, A disabled parking bay was however added, which demonstrates that the space is clearly wide enough for cars to circulate with parked vehicles.
The residents of Berkley Avenue no longer have sufficient parking, and this is exacerbated by the fact that the street is close Waltham Cross town centre, meaning people use the road as an alternative to the parking structure.
Please sign this petition to ask that Hertfordshire Highways remove these lines and restore the parking that was previously available to residents.
