Letter to
Buckingham Palace, London SW1A 1AA, United Kingdom Her Majesty The Queen
Her Majesty,

Sacred Earth Movement asks:
Is the Canadian Government taking the Aboriginal people of Canada seriously? We, think not.

The Petition:

We the people beseech her Majesty the Queen to honor the treaties signed by the Crown with reference to land, waterways, mineral and hunting rights on land and waterways that are owned by the Aboriginal people of Canada and for her Majesty The Queen to inform the Government of Canada ( Prime Minister Steven Harper and Governor General David Johnson ) that they have no control or rights over land covered by these treaties as they are sovereign to the Aboriginal people of Canada.

1/There will be no violation of treaty rights.

2/The rightful owners of the land are the Aboriginal people and not the
Government OF Canada

3/That Her Majesty the Queen agrees that fair and equitable compensation
be given for the land and to the Aboriginal people of Canada.

The following Bills which the Government of Canada wants to push through are as follows:

Bill C-45 Jobs and Growth Act
Bill C-428 Indian act amendment and replacement act
Bill S-2 Family homes on Reserves and matrimonial interests or rights act
Bill S-6 First Nations Election act
Bill S-8 Safe drinking water for First Nations
Bill S-212 First Nations self Government recognition Bill and SNPOA
Bill C-27 First Nations financial transparency act
Bill S-207 An act to amend the interpretation act: None derogation of Aboriginal and treaty rights

All these acts are violations to treaties but also a direct violation of articles 18,19 and 20 of the United Nations Declaration on the rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP)
