Britain has never apologized to African Caribbeans for chattel slavery and has found every excuse under the sun to avoid doing so. However, in 2018, it was discovered that African Caribbeans in Britain had paid compensation to their slave owners through taxes collected by the HMRC from their wages.

African Caribbeans were invited to Britain in the late '40s, 50's & '60s in order to clean up the country after it was devasted by World war two. It appears that the British government had another reason for inviting our parents and grandparents here and that was for them to help to pay off loans to compensate the slave owners for their own emancipation from slavery through taxation.

To add insult to injury, after the debt was paid off in 2015, and their taxes were also used to contribute to bailing out the banks in 2008, the British Government decided to send African Caribbeans back to their countries despite the fact that many have never even visited their homelands since coming to the UK and had no family or property there to call their own. They considered themselves as British Subjects.

In addition, African Caribbeans receive the worse social housing and lowest rates of pay in Britain. Discrimination has never gone away, in fact in many areas, it has got worse. The banks still discriminate against African Caribbeans, especially when it comes to obtaining mortgages, remortgages and business loans.

Big international corporations like Amazon, Google, Starbucks just to name a few are allowed to operate in Britain and although they are very successful and have become household names, they pay very little or no taxes to the HMRC, yet we are expected to pay taxes on our savings, current accounts, earnings, council tax, high rates of business taxes and suffer the wrath of the HMRC if we do not comply.

Britain would never dream of making the Jews pay the Nazis for the loss of their slave labour and gas chambers.

Many African Caribbeans have lost businesses and homes due to irregularities in the taxation system. This is legalized theft and an attempt to keep African Caribbeans from obtaining property and inherited wealth.

We demand that the HMRC reimburse every Caribbean person(s) dead or alive for the taxes paid by African Caribbeans from 1948 to 2015.
