Abortion happens for many reasons. And it should be a woman's choice on wether or not she wants to have an abortion. Her body, Her choice. In September of 2021 the Texas governor , Greg Abbott , signed senate bill 8 which limits any facility to provide abortion care in Texas beyond about 6 weeks of pregnancy and sometimes even earlier if fetus heartbeat is present. We need to fight this law in court. There are many reasons why a woman would want or need an abortion. and its basic human rights for a woman to have that choice to make. Sometimes it's difficult for women to make this decision , but it's theirs to make. Situations are different for everyone, wether it be because they were sexually assaulted, or because they cant care for a kid. and adoption isnt the answer, there's thousands of kids in the foster care system that get treated horribly and the cycle repeats itself.  

The goal for this petition is to have the woman's voice heard and to inform Texas Lawmakers that they need to rethink this law that was put into play. So please sign this petition to help support us into making a change for women in Texas and help them obtain that right thats deserved.
